The Office campaign
Heights editors spend a lot of time in our office in McElroy 113. The chairs and couches that we rely on have had a good run, but they’re on their last leg. Help us fund furniture for the office that provides the space for us to report the stores you rely on.
The Copy Couch
Our current sectional is always full at production, and most other times during the week as well. Purchasing a new couch will ensure that our copy editors have a clean and comfortable place to work.
The EIC Office couch
The EIC couch is another space that’s rarely empty on production days. From A1 meetings, to editorials, to editors with questions, the EIC couch is used a lot.
Office Chairs
Many of our editors sit on the floor in the hallway due to a lack of seating in the office. Of the chairs that we do have, some are ripped or without backs. Donating to the chair campaign will make sure all of editors have a place to sit at their desks.
SD Cards:
While not the flashiest of additions, SD cards are required of any videographer. Recording with a DSLR, especially a high quality video, takes up a lot of space in not a lot of time, so having backups on a shoot is essential.
